These Billing Terms and Conditions outline the policies and procedures related to payment, invoicing, and order processing at Woodland Supply Co.. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Payment Methods

2. Billing Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Woodland Supply Co. and its payment processors to charge the full order amount to your selected payment method at the time of purchase.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and receipt. Please review this carefully and notify us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Pricing and Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping location and in accordance with local laws.

5. Failed Transactions

If your payment is declined or fails to process, your order will not be completed. You will need to update your payment method and resubmit the order. Woodland Supply Co. is not responsible for any delays resulting from failed payments.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing error or unauthorized charge, please get in touch with us immediately at support@woodlandsupplyco.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
